Our organization operates through two integrated divisions covering the full engineering lifecycle: Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Risk & Asset Reliability. From initial concept generation, 3D CAD modelling, and finite element stress analysis to on-site equipment inspection, failure investigation, and long-term asset management, we provide cohesive engineering oversight at every stage.

Arclen Engineering brings together experienced professional engineers licensed across mechanical, structural, and reliability disciplines. Our consultants offer extensive industry experience across manufacturing, transportation and rail, energy generation, and industrial infrastructure.
We take pride in fostering the next generation of engineers through our structured co-op and internship program. Students are actively integrated into project workflows alongside senior engineers, receiving hands-on experience across the full engineering lifecycle — including CAD modelling, FEA simulations, structural calculations, on-site physical inspections, failure investigations, and technical reporting.
